II on high, that is by no means an indication that you can play a game coming out seven years later on similar settings. I'm sure OP can play it, I'm just not sure what you're basing your "medium settings" claim off of. They say that they are trying to optimize Rome 2 for both lower and higher and pc's, but they didn't really mention specifics. Lower spec, in their idea, probably means systems that could play Shogun 2, but not at anything above low settings.
